  I went in to check on whether your store could check an issue I'm having with my 2012 Sorento. The Assistant Manager, stated he could but only if it was a check engine light. So he took my vehicle information and looked up a Brake Switch for that car. The results showed two switches, he told me they were the same switch and I could order it. The switches are very different, one has 3 prongs, the other 4. I told him no. He then asked me, in a condescending voice, Well What can I do for you then, and walked away. There was another parts man there with piercings (strictly for ID) who was very helpful and presented the kind of service AutoZone could be proud to employ.

  Just replaced my windshield wipers and as a little lady going into a mainly male demographic store can always be hit or miss but this autozone was lovely! A gentleman who was an engineer that works there, don't know his name but he had a cool hat and a beard, instantly offered me assistance even though i thought i was confident in my choice he let me know they didn't have the required piece for my car and was more then helpful in helping me choose the right one and even put them on for me! He was super helpful, honest, and it was a great conversation learning how to put the wipers on! Thank you!!!

  Traveling through Smyrna DE when I had a brake light go out. Garrett was extremely helpful and sweet. Made my day so I could get back on the road safe and sound in a timely manner!
