  I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience at Mr. Tire. I came in for a wheel alignment, not a critique of my truck’s appearance. Unfortunately, the front desk associate made comments about how my truck looked, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. More importantly, the alignment service itself was not done correctly. The vehicle was aligned twice, and after the second attempt, it was actually worse than before. That genuinely doesn’t make sense to me, especially considering the shop uses alignment machines. We were able to get it closer to spec by visually adjusting it ourselves, which is concerning. Although I did receive a refund, the situation still cost me valuable time, gas, and unnecessary tire wear. For $200, I expected a quality alignment and competent service. Instead, I left frustrated and without the issue properly resolved.

  My husband had a tire going flat. 1st time he was told they couldn't find anything. Still losing air. Took back. They brought him a photo of a screw in his tire. Refused to plug. Wanted to sell him a new tire. We have bought 4 sets of tires from them in about 5 years. Hubby said no and left. Later he and a friend checked all 4 tires and no screw in any of them. Finally figured it was the extreme cold. No longer loosing air. Don't know whose tire it was with the screw, but not my husband's. They will do anything to sell a tire.

  Got my front aligned and they took great care of my truck. In and out pretty quick and right at the price they said. Will definitely be going back to them for other services.

  I called yesterday afternoon about appointment availability to replace a faulty tire sensor, he said he could put me down for an 8am appointment for the next day(today). This morning I arrive at 8am, drop off the car, head over to get some coffee at a local establishment and less than 45 minutes later the car was done, sensor replaced and all at an extremely reasonable price! No fluff, no extra pushy service sales tactics or exaggerating on services needed. Straight forward service for just what I needed. Great job y'all. 😎(Cool emoji)
