    I had an issue with the first vehicle that was given to me. I was able to bring it back with no questions and placed in another within minutes. I also liked the text reminder for returning the vehicle. I was able to modify my rental due to the fact my jeep was still being repaired. Being able to adjust the rental agreement without going into the office was great. I will be renting from entreprise again.

    Paid in full for a vehicle 3 months in advance to ensure I had the specific vehicle I needed. The store called me 2 hours before I was supposed to pick up stating they “ran out” of vehicles for me. I was referred to the escalation department who I was told would. Contact me shortly, it’s been a week and a half, no one has called me and every time I call I am referred to the escalation department who says someone will reach out. Also because I paid in full ahead of time the could not alter my reservation to give me a different vehicle I would have to rent a whole new vehicle and wait for the escalation department to contact me. So I didn’t get the vehicle I paid for, I had to pay for 2 vehicles while only using 1 informed me last min, and their “escalation department still hasn’t reached out. About anything.They also still have yet to issue a refund for the vehicle that was paid in full yet not provided. This has been an absolute masterclass by enterprise in how to ensure a paying customer never uses your services again.
