I scheduled it for a Saturday at 11, I get a call at 10:50(I'm about to turn into the parking lot) and was told the truck wouldn't be there before they closed and they didn't have anything bigger. I already paid a babysitter and took the 30+ minute trip there. So I call in on Tuesday(after waiting in hold for 12 minutes!) I was able to schedule a time to pick up the bigger SUV today at 1. I took off of work early and made the 40+ minute drive. I get there and apparently the gentleman I spoke with Tuesday never made the reservation.. The guy that was there wasn't very polite and asked what was wrong with the car I had.. Plan to be on hold alot with this location..

Returned vehicle when told to, mind you I detailed it inside and out before returning it, and dropped the keys in the box.This was also labor day weekend. they were closed saturday (my return date) Sunday and Monday for labor day. somewhere in between the car was hit. my insurance company deemed me not liable and that it was an unfounded claim. Spoke to someone in the damages department, and she claims its still my fault lol so I still have not received my deposit back. The car STUNK, had someone press on nail and hair spray still inside the vehicle, some plastic thing was hanging off at the mirror, what looked like period blood stains all over both front seats, had to fill the air every couple days and it needed an oil change. Let's be forreal if we are going to be anything. If I could give this place negative stars I would. best believe one way or another I will get that deposit back.
