    The employees at this tire shop truly saved me a huge headache for tomorrow by quickly repairing my tire tonight. There were no eyes rolls when I came in about 40 minutes before closing requesting quick help. The front desk worker was kind and professional, finishing with his current customers before getting to me. He quickly assessed the situation and let me know my options. He was honest about what needed to be done without being pushy, which I genuinely appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they were able to get my repair done, especially when showing up close to closing time. I will definitely be going back to them for any future tire emergencies!

    I scheduled an appointment on line for an oil change and when I arrived I was told they was a 3 hour wait because there was other people ahead of me. When I asked why would they schedule so many appoints at the same time I was told “that’s how we roll”. I run a business and I would never use such verbiage. I then ask if I could speak to a manager and the gentleman said we all are managers. At this point I felt as I was being toyed with. I assure you this, I will never come back to such a horrible establishment as such. Thank you Mavis for ensure that I would never return.

    Came in for a tire repair, staff were very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. Service ans wait time were very quick. The angle of the nail in my tire did not puncture tire, so they pulled it out and dud not charge me. I would recommend Mavis to anybody needing tires and tire repairs

    I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had when calling your location on the evening of Friday, April 10. At approximately 6:10 PM, I called to schedule an appointment for the following Saturday morning. I was interested in purchasing four new tires and getting a wheel alignment. Although I later realized the store had already closed, an employee named Mel answered the phone. When I asked about scheduling, Mel immediately stated that the store was closed and said, “I’ll book an appointment, but I’m not looking up any tires or anything. I’m trying to get up out of here.” His tone made it clear that he did not want to assist me and was unwilling to spend even a few minutes helping. I had already gathered pricing information earlier in the week and chose your location based on both price and proximity. I was ready to move forward with the purchase and service, totaling over $900. However, due to this interaction, I decided to take my business elsewhere. This experience not only cost you a significant sale, but it also ensured that I will not consider your business in the future. Additionally, I will be sharing this experience with others when discussing automotive service recommendations. I understand that employees are eager to leave at closing time, but answering the phone only to dismiss a customer in this manner reflects poorly on your business. A brief, courteous interaction could have secured both my business and my long-term loyalty. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers are treated with the professionalism they expect and deserve.
