  I reserved a rental and was told I would receive either a full-size SUV or a truck. Upon arrival, I was instead given an Equinox. Given that I was already on a tight schedule, I worked through the delay in getting a vehicle assigned and eventually accepted the car so I could move forward. However, once inside, it was immediately clear that the vehicle was unacceptable—it had a strong and overwhelming odor of marijuana. Due to time constraints, I temporarily kept the vehicle and contacted the location shortly after to report the issue. I was instructed to return and exchange it, which I did. To their credit, that process was handled efficiently, and I was placed into a truck without much difficulty. The more concerning issue came after I returned the vehicle. When I called to update my payment method, I had an interaction with Mitchell that was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. During my rental, I was involved in a very minor accident (a small fender bender in which I was not at fault). I simply wanted to switch my payment method to a credit card that provides rental coverage benefits before completing payment. Instead of assisting with this request, Mitchell accused me of attempting to add insurance after the fact, which was not accurate. My request was only to update the payment method with the company. What coverage my credit card provides after payment is not relevant to the rental company. Between being initially provided a vehicle in unacceptable condition and the unprofessional treatment I received afterward, I cannot recommend this location.

  One of the workers, white male brown curly hair and younger (he said 24) already knew of me. We had a weird conversation on the way to the car repair shop. I ended up calling enterprise to talk to the employee and ask what was going on but a person named Chris answered the phone and said he couldn’t remember who dropped me off and denied it ever happened… I let the police know as I’ve had an ongoing issue. Note to employee: I’m not sure what your problem is but don’t ever assume you know anything about me. The claims that I gloat about my car and I’m uninterested in working is false and I don’t even know where that information is coming from. Never been a bad person but I recognize you people are going to paint me in a bad light regardless. Also, I record in public spaces so I wouldn’t suggest lying to your supervisors that you don’t know what I’m talking about. Hopefully the cop reached out to this employee
