I would like to extend my upmost gratitude to the Manager, Shanda and my sales associate, J.R. Shanda greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked into the building! She has exceptional customer service skills. She was knowledgeable, friendly, considerate, and honest. J.R. Showed excellent customer service skills as well. He was patient and helpful. Even though I mainly interacted with Shanda and JR, the whole team was friendly and welcoming. If I had ANY questions, somebody was there to answer them! This group works very well together. I will definitely be recommending this establishment to any one with car needs. Keep up the great work!

It was originally in another state, but due to work schedule, it was hard for me to get over there to check it out. And at one point, we almost lost it to another buyer, but when that fell thru and JR called me back immediately and let me know it's still available and if I wanted it. I told him YES 😁. We made the transfer for me to pick it up in Newark and it was as pictured and runs smoothly. The whole process went smoothly and I have no complaints. JR and his team gave us exactly what we needed. Thank you again JR. I will definitely recommend you to family and friends in search of a newer and reliable vehicle.
