  Went in for an oil change and ended up having to get a few things fixed/replaced. Typical auto shop experience right? Wrong! Mike at the front desk went above and beyond to help me out. He explained what was going on with my car and showed me proof that things needed to be fixed. I never felt pressured to do any unnecessary services, which is something I’ve encountered at other shops. He was able to give me a really great price for everything and provided ample entertainment while I waited. As long as Mike is there, I’ll be a customer!

  Nobody on front desk ! When someone finally comes I told him that I have an appointment at 12 and he said is gonna be more than an hour , I said what ?? And he said yeah more than an hour ! Waste my time I never comeback this was my first and last experience here

  Purchased 4 Bf goodrich 35x12.5x r 18 for $2000 on 5/25. Additionally had 2 front hubs replaced for another $1400. Tires shake at 50 mph apon pickup at Middletown De store. Returned to store and they said nothing could be done. Called customer service and spoke with the Regional Manager after 2 days who said come back and we will rebalance them. 2nd trip no better. Spoke with Regional again and requsted new tires. Never heard from again. Disputed tires cost on my cc but was denied after 45 days. Still no call from corporate Called again and they said give 48 hrs. Never heard from them Took to Els tire in Delaware. They re balanced at my cost of $153 then and they said one tires was to far out and tried to balance but would not. They moved that tire to the rear. Contacted The Regional again thru customer service no response. Returned today 12/30 /25 for my free tire rotation as part of my original purchase they sold me on, and to keep my warranty in place. Then I was told my 2016 Ford F250 was too heavy for them to rotate at 9600 lbs. After scheduling it on line with the trucks ibfo and waiting in the showroom. They were able to mount and balance new tires 6 months ago but now it's too heavy. Same truck same weight as when I purchased. Additionally was told front hub bearings are guaranteed for life and I have one after 12k Mile's going bad. Also they broke the wire clips to harness for the on the fly hub lock and let it dangling. Called Mavis Customer service again today with no call back yet. Still have that shake at 62 mph from the rear tire as well. Hope I hear back.

  After church we discovered we had a flat tire due to a puncture. We pumped the tire up enough to get to Mavis. When we got there they told us about an hour before we could be seen. However, Luis saw to it that it was only about 15 minutes. He took the van right back and knocked it out!!! Amazing! Little did he know, our kids were waiting at sky zone for us and we actually had time restraints. What Luis did was amazing. We are so grateful he made us a priority so we could go get the kids. We were blessed to come across Luis and his kindness today!❤️

  I went here because another mavis location in Brookside plaza was a bad experience for me with stuff not being done correctly & the time it took. These people at this location in Peoplesplaza care about their customers and their employees. I spent 3 hours or more at Brookside plaza And I spent half the time here at this location. I will be coming here from now on!
