    I took my 2017 Gmc acadia denali here. I highly recommend these guys. They took good care of me were honest about everything. They checked my front end alignment and showed me it was good and not needed instead of charging me on my new tires install. Also the gentleman that did my install tried to help me with something else on my car free of charge after everything was said and done. Everyone i dealt with here were great. highly recommend this tire center.

    OMG, I was in a massive jamb on Friday at 5:45pm, I had a fast leaking tire on my car. I had driven desperately to three local tire places who couldn’t squeeze me in because they were about to close. I was out of options , until I Pulled into the Mavis Tire Store. I pulled in knowing they were closing in 10 minutes, I yelled out to a young man (Tim) who was pulling the garage door down, I said I have a fast leaking tire, is there any way that you can help me???, He immediately without hesitation said pull your car up to the bay, and go inside and John (Manager)will take care of you. Tim plugged the tire, and with a smile on his face, and a genuine heart John took care of me. I Will Absolutely Use Mavis Tire, Newark, DE for all of my tire needs, as I Highly Recommend That You Do As Well👌🏽 A Big Shout Out To John and Tim This location maybe in the Bear or Glasgow area, it’s on the Pulaski Hwy near old 896.

    We suspected we may need new tires (based on low tire pressure warning lights) but Louis advised we still had plenty of miles left on our original tires. He could have sold us a set of four but was HONEST enough to tell us didn't need them yet. He did a check of a small leak (sure enough) in one of our tires. Fixed it promptly and had us back on the road in no time. Rest assured that we will return once we need a new set of tires. By the way, we always purchase the road hazard warranty. I recommend this to all my friends as well. It's a small add-on and the piece of mind it brings is more than worth the cost. We had a nail in our tire out of state, took it to another Mavis location, and again, plugged and on our way at NO COST. Trustworthy, honesty and integrity aren't words I toss around casually. Louis and the crew at Mavis on Rt 40 in Newark have earned it!

    I take my Nissan here for regular maintenance. The Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Six months ago I took my car to get the tires replaced and an alignment. While I was there, they found that the rear breaks were very worn and needed to be replaced. The rotors were pretty worn, but were only recommended. I couldn't afford the added price of the rotors so I told them just to reuse the old. After the work was complete the store manager informed me that he was able to source all the parts cheaper and be able to replace both the pads and rotors at no additional cost! I am also very happy with how well the car rides after replacing the tires and getting the alignment.
