I brought my car in for routine service — oil change, filters, brake fluid, and even something as basic as tire pressure. They charged me a huge amount for what should have been simple work. They handed my car back and assured me everything was done. The moment I turned the engine on, multiple alerts came up on the dashboard: • Service due ASAP • Low tire pressure I immediately drove back and showed them. They just reset the display and said, “You’re good to go.” The next morning, while driving 50 miles to work on the highway, a new warning pops up: ➡️ LOW ENGINE OIL Absolutely unacceptable — especially after paying for an oil change and being told everything was complete. This location is all talk. No matter what the issue is, their answer is always, “Oh yeah, we’ll take care of it,” but they don’t actually do the work. It looks like they just lift the car, move things around, and hand it back. I’ve never felt so frustrated or disappointed by a service center. I will never return and would not recommend this location to anyone, even for the simplest service. Save your money, your time, and your sanity — go anywhere else.

Every time they have gone above and beyond. However, this time, they really won us over. I got a flat tire at the worse time. I have two toddlers that still need naps and feedings; They are BUSY kids. So of course I was extremely grateful the staff at Mavis was efficient, kind, accommodating, and thorough. Their prices and customer service exceed our needs. They were also FAST, but my main priority was making sure all was done with care and thoroughly. They went above that and even helped me keep the kiddos busy with their Kids Play Area. Thank you Mavis!
