The manager set me up with an appointment and explained they would scan all the sensors, let me know which were good and which were bad, and then make a recommendation. During the appointment, all 4 sensors came back as good. However, they did find a small, small leak in a patch. They did not pressure me to change any sensors, and they did not pressure me to buy a new tire. I really appreciate the level of detail that every one of the techs put into examining my car. Top notch, and honest job.

I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and after waiting for nearly 4 hours , the truck was finally finished except for the alignment, which they said they couldn’t do because their equipment would not work with the tires that I purchased. Once home, I realized one of the tires was mounted incorrectly on the wheel. I had previously made the manager aware before the install that these particular tires had two different side wall designs, and which design that I wanted facing outward. The truck was finished with 3 tires mounted with one sidewall design facing outward, the 4th was mounted with the opposite design facing outward. So I made another appointment for the next day to have the tire removed, remounted and balanced. Two appointments and 5hrs later to have 4 tires at $1800. I will most definitely be spending my money with a more reputable shop next time around.

I’ve never been to this shop before and I only came for a tire repair, but I will definitely be back!! The service was very quick even though they were slightly backed up, I was in and out!
- LTLiam ThurrottDec 26, 20251.0Sincerely do not come here to have your vehicle worked on. Most recent negative experience here was a 4 wheel alignment on my A3. First, they would not provide me with a print out to see what changed with the alignment. Second, the model on my receipt was a different vehicle… I asked about it and they assured me that the alignment was performed correctly with my model’s specs. Well about 5k miles/2 months later my tires that were installed the day before the alignment are completely bald on the inner edges. Do not ever come here unless you want to spend 3x the money later somewhere else.

I got a battery from them and it worked for a bit then one morning my car wouldn’t turn on and there was a clicking noise. Turns out they didn’t tighten the connections properly. Im not sure if it was an oversight or not but I’m thankful I wasn’t stranded somewhere with my family. I’m very fortunate I had triple A who caught the problem and fixed it. Also, without triple A I would have had to pay for a tow to the shop which I’m not sure would’ve been reimbursed. I only went here because they are open on weekends which is very helpful but I won’t go back.
