The employee told us that the car we booked is no longer available as the policy mentioned holding the car for 2 hours. We said that there were 10 min left for the 2 hours time-frame, but the front desk employee got confused and said they usually wait for only 1 hour! She didn't show any consistency in terms of the time-frame, which shows unprofessionalism!! That issue affected our schedule and to get to our destination on time!
