When I arrived, the car wasn’t ready, so they gave me a minivan instead, which was fine. However, they then tried to charge me additional fees. I immediately called the insurance company, and they confirmed they would cover the difference. I was told everything was taken care of. I returned the minivan with no issues, but afterward I was charged multiple times on my card without any phone call, notice, or explanation. Completely unacceptable. Poor communication, unexpected charges, and overall bad customer service. I would not recommend Enterprise based on this experience.

It was kind of smooth, do not expect a vehicle the same day very low chance you’ll get something during snow season. Seems like they run out pretty quickly, they go thru insurance very fast. That’s always a plus. But overall phone experience was okay. By the way I was on hold for a good 30 mins on her phone but for some odd reason when i called from my phone it went thru fast. Someone actually picked up? Then I thought maybe I put in the wrong numbers for the voice option. Nope I used the same number codes the same way I called originally. That’s very odd, right? I stayed on that long because it had recently snowed that week so I thought the line was busy. I guess it wasn’t if the person on the phone pick up almost instantly when I called on my device. Just super weird experience, that’s all.
