    Very poor customer service. The lady working at the front was very rude and combative. You could tell she clearly hates her job. She also claimed she was the supervisor. Wow, that's truly sad. Walked out with no rental because she was being too difficult. Horrible experience! Will never return to this location again!

    This was my second time using Enterprise and there won’t be a third time. Kevin Peters, the regional manager , was rude and unprofessional. i have kept kept my rental for three more days, but I decided not to do it because of him. I do bot believe this can be a good and reliable company if such a person can be a regional manager.

    Enterprise asked me to give a review. PRO: Chris was very nice and Enterprise will tell you upfront what it will cost to extend the rental. CON: Just don't expect anything you've been told, read, reserved to be entirely certain or even true. I reserved a car online for the following day. I arrived at the Enterprise office at Marrows Rd. shortly before it opened. I was waited on promptly and explained that I had a reservation. I was told they had tried to contact me but I didn't respond. I checked my phone (my ONLY phone) for missed emails, texts, calls, voice mail and there was nothing. (I really need to make some new friends who don't mind picking me up from places that rent non-existent cars) I called a Lyft and went home. The next Monday I called and was promised that a real car was available to rent. I actually got a lovely, totally corporeal, Hyundai Ellantra that I drove until I was able to get a loaner from another source. I called on Friday and told Enterprise that I would be returning the car and could they give me a ride home? "Yes!" came the deceptive reply, "we can!" Yesterday I drove to the Marrows Road location (after filling up the gas tank) and returned the car. It was checked on and agreed that it was returned in the same condition that I had rented. I went outside and then remembered that I needed to get a ride home. I went back into the office and was told, "We don't do that on the weekend." I mentioned that I had asked for confirmation of a ride yesterday. They replied that they only do that during the week. I called a Lyft and while I was waiting an Enterprise employee came outside and asked where I lived. I told her and after checking on her tablet she said, "That's fifteen minutes away. We don't go farther than ten minutes. " (I'm guessing she wanted to make thoroughly certain that all hope I had was definitely squashed.) She started saying something about rides home only during the week but the Lyft was there and I just wanted to go home. Anyway, the Lyft driver was delightful and this is my experience with Enterprise.

    If you don't need anything, then you can go see them. French, I wanted to rent a car from them and I regret it: a complete waste of time. An ID card isn't enough; you need to bring your passport, which makes sense, but they made me go back and forth to the hotel to get it for nothing. I didn't have a credit card; I only have a debit card. In Europe, not everyone has a credit card. What bothers me the most is the lack of interest and willingness to help. Frankly, the service is below average. Thanks to this team, I will not be renting a car from Enterprise again. Instead, I will go to AVIS, where I had no issues and where the service is night and day better. Oh yes, I almost forgot the joke: I chose a standard size on the Enterprise website, but they didn't have any left and kindly offered to upgrade me for an extra $30... definitely a company to avoid. Thanks for nothing, except for wasting several hours of my time!!!

    If it was possible to give zero I would. The young man that 'helped' me was very condescending and didnt seem to want to help. Had all documents needed and was told they only had trucks available when shortly before I was online and they had multiple cars and suvs available. Would not recommend this location.
