David paid close attention to my body language and tuned in right away. He never pressured me to make a decision — even though it was close to the end of his shift. His professionalism, patience, and ability to read the room made the experience comfortable and stress-free. I truly appreciated his support and would highly recommend working with him! I took the car to a trusted mechanic and everything looks great. There are some in-speaker audio issues, unfortunately. Waiting on someone in enterprise to call back and assist.
