    DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! Again, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. On Oct. 5 2024, I bought a car from this place and was told that it was in good condition and reliable. I bought a 2019 Nissan Kicks which, at the time, had less than 40k miles on it. In Sept. of this year (2025) I started experiencing major issues while driving, and it turned out that my entire transmission needed to be replaced... an $8,000 job. The warranty that I purchased, at the recommendation of the enterprise staff member, not only didn't cover the full cost of the transmission like the staff initially insinuated, but they were trying to send my mechanic a used, non-Nissan transmission to replace the faulty one. Understandably, no mechanic would take a used non-Nissan transmission because (1) they did not want to jeopardize the quality of their work, (2) they couldn't guarantee the part, and (3) it's really not ethical. The warranty company will not pay for an acceptable transmission to replace the faulty one, so I am stuck with a huge bill for a car that was sold to me 1 year ago and that currently has less than 85k miles on it. Enterprise may be a good car rental establishment, but it's very clear that no one is taking care of these cars, and they are being driven by random people that don't have the cars best interest before being sold. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. DONOTBUYACARFROMTHISPLACE. DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY FROM THIS PLACE... DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE...DO NOT TRUST THE STAFF MEMBERS. They are only interested in making commission; they will not take your best interest into consideration when purchasing; their cars ARE NOT RELIABLE. If used cars, GO ANYWHERE BUY TO THIS PLACE. (do not purchase a car from here.)
