I came in with very basic questions about my generator, and even though I didn’t know much, the staff member was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and willing to help. They took the time to answer all my questions clearly and helped me quickly find the exact parts and oil I needed to fix my generator. What really stood out was how efficient and friendly they were throughout the process. It made a potentially frustrating situation very easy to handle. Management should be proud to have such a dedicated and helpful employee on the team. Please recognize and appreciate this employee for their excellent service and dedication. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch their name, but I am attaching my receipt to help identify them. Thank you again for the excellent service!

Tonight we came pretty late, it was 8:37pm and the one employee who was working greeted us, but she was getting call after call from customers. She very nicely told us that she would be right with us and placed the calls on hold and then came back to us. She asked us what we needed and my husband told her that we needed front brakes for his Chevy Impala and she took care of us right away. It was wonderful service and we were in and out of there. This is why we always come back. We love this location.
