  The worst. Came there around 8:50 How do they run my card for a rental the $663.00 amount deducted from my account and still not showing on there end. Then going to ask if I had another card to run it again. I’ve waited for an hour and a half because they said there system needs to update. At least 5 people were serviced and I’m still in there. I’ve stated I had an mri appointment that was scheduled at 10:30 weeks prior still no help. They wait until I get a $40 uber to take me @ 10:15 to tell me they can run the $200 to get me in a car today so I can make it to my appointment. Now I gotta pay uber up and back. Very Poor customer service and inconsiderate. I will never go there ever again. Thank you for wasting time and now I have to go get a mri/ ct scan with a damn migraine headache. Hopefully I don’t have to fight to get my money reimbursed.

  Enterprise is great, car was reserved by phone, and when I got there only waited a few minutes and I was out the door. Thanks so much Enterprise for your courteous and professionalism service. See you in the future!

  Manny & Klaus were very helpful and professional in assisting me. My rental call Dodge Durango smelled like weed throughout the entire vehicle. The windows weren't cleaned especially the back window it was fogged probably from the smoke. Manny was accommodating and fair. Rental cars are expensive so they could at least be rinse off and made sure the windows are cleaned for safety. Renters should not have to clean a vehicle they pay hundreds of dollars for. I rent from this location frequently so I hope I have a better experience when I rent from them again in May.

  Better communication and clarity are needed regarding your corporation and the third party (Priceline). I paid for insurance via Priceline and then when I got to Enterprise, I was told they don't cover the car. I then had to purchase Enterprise insurance for the car, which, by the way, is much higher than Priceline's. I had to cancel and get a refund from Priceline due to incorrect information. Not a great experience, but the car was nice.
