  Recognized a high screeching sound coming from the rear tire late Sunday afternoon. They were 35 minutes to closing but still took the time to inspect the issue and explained in detail the problem and solution. Many thanks to Raymond for your help, we greatly appreciate you and your staff!

  Had to have my car towed in today. And I called ahead of time. Tow truck took forever but Raymond from Mavis called me with options on what was needed as far as a battery and gave me options that he felt would be best. So after speaking with him I made a selection. And Raymond said "go ahead and come on in , I'll have your car ready for you when you get here." And I swear , he had the keys ready and all I had to was pay. Crazy fast service, very polite. Definitely will spread the word about this location and Raymond. Thank you so much for the great service!!!!!

  I normally don't do reviews but this warrants for one. Brought my work van in to my tires checked out and whatever else maybe wrong with my van. Big /Tall guy named Raymond helped me out. Made recommendations for new tires and told me that he would have technician go over the entire vehicle to make sure nothing else is wrong for free. I was like "ok cool". Not long after Raymond called me and made me aware of what was needed. Gave me a solid prices that was fair and reasonable. Explained all warranties that come along with it. So I have peace of mind. Super respectable and knew his stuff. Very smart. Im so satisfied that I told my boss and we're gonna bring our whole fleet here little at a time to have them all serviced. And all because of Raymond. Thank you sir. He represented Mavis extremely well today.

  Sunday, December 21, 2025 @ 2pm I went to Mavis since they were the only shop open on Sunday that I knew of. I told the Mavis service rep, Noah, that I have a nail in my tire and asked if he plugged tires. He told me that they did and it would be awhile, so he made me an appointment at 2 pm. I got back to Mavis at 1:50 pm. It was approximately 2 pm when I saw the tech, driving my car in the back where the garages were at. I went to sit in the waiting area to wait for my car, but I thought something was not right when I looked at the time and it was 2:30 pm. I wondered why it was taking so long. Next thing I know the service rep, Noah came back into the waiting area and told me there were 2 nails in my tire and I would need a new tire. I am thinking to myself, here we go – come in for one thing and now you are paying an arm and a leg for something else. I told Noah let me see it. He guided me into the garage area, and my car is up on the lift. Tell me why did he pull out both screws before I could see where they were at? Normally, when a car repair shop finds the problem, they will let you know what’s going on before they even touch it. I asked Noah why did he remove the nails he stated he had to see if they were leaking, or not? I never heard of such nonsense. He said one nail was too close to the wall of the tire so now I need a new tire. I asked him, but who told you to remove the nail? I went back into the waiting area to get my grandson and then I asked Noah, is that the way you do business? Because when I came in here, I asked, do you plug tires, and you said yes. Noah went back and forth saying I told him to fix my tire. I responded and said I am not going to debate with you, but I specifically came in here to ask if you plug tires since I had a nail in my tire. I never heard of anyone pulling out the screw to see if it was leaking or not then plugging it. Noah told me the tire would be $230. You have got to be kidding me. Noah only showed me one nail, and I knew it was there because I actually took a picture of it before going there, but why would you remove it before showing me the other nail? Why do shops try to get over on women? Tell me that...you go in for one thing and come out charged up. Even if I do need a tire, I won't get it from them. Next day the tire was NOT leaking but I still followed up with Dunrite Tires where I normally go and guess what - check out the pic where its plugged. MAVIS said they couldn't plug and I needed another tire. See, don't try and take an advantage of me because I'm a WOMAN. (smh) Noah THOUGHT he got me but this 🥷 should try that lie with someone else because DUNRITE TIRES did it RIGHT and plugged the same tire he claimed that MAVIS couldn't. I give MAVIS ZERO stars!!!!
