  Customer service was on point. We were picked up from the airport and taking care of pretty quickly. We requested a truck and it was there when we got there. They walked around the outside of the vehicle with us and documented any damage which there was none. The only downside was there was some old food crumbs in the handle compartments on the driver side and they also dont offer wipes anymore for the vehicles. It is very tight quarters in the parking lot and there is limited space so be careful when pulling in and out.

  Disappointing Experience with Enterprise Car Rental - New Castle I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Enterprise was frustrating enough to warrant one. I was provided with not one, not two, but THREE UNACCEPTABLE vehicles in a row. • The first car reeked of cigarette smoke the moment I opened the door. It was overwhelming and completely unfit for use. • The second vehicle had a broken passenger-side mirror that literally fell off and shattered while the vehicle was not in motion. How that made it past inspection is beyond me. • The third car—which was supposed to be a comparable replacement for my vehicle in the shop—was a clear downgrade and, once again, smelled like smoke. To make matters worse, all three vehicles were filthy, inside and out. It was clear that no real effort had been made to clean or prepare them for the next customer. What really pushed this experience from bad to unacceptable was the poor customer service. There was no communication, no apology, and no sense of urgency or accountability from the staff. I had to keep following up just to get basic answers, and each time I felt like I was being brushed off. Renting a car should not feel like a battle for basic standards. Enterprise seriously needs to reevaluate its quality control and customer service training. I expected better—and I won’t be returning. There are plenty of other car rental companies that would offer a better experience.

  Had to rent after my car accident and was already stressed, but Gary at Enterprise turned it around. He greeted me with a warm smile, was empathetic, and made the whole process quick and easy. He even showed me features in the car which was above and beyond. Excellent service — thanks Gary and Enterprise!

  I have an SUV and they gave me a compact car. I am 6 foot two in a compact car where they do that at would they do that to a white person? when I called to ask, was they gonna have my 10 o’clock reservation available at the collision spot? I was on the phone for one hour before anybody picked up and I had to call seven times and don’t understand why she says because people was calling out. I should have nothing to do with me and I was at work at that time so I didn’t have time to play around with enterprise office problems. First rental car ever worst experience on my first try never will deal with enterprise again never I didn’t even wanna give you one star I wanted to just leave it blank, but it made me give you one star to open up The review zero stars minus one star I don’t Newcastle enterprise is not equipped to deal with the airport and reservations for their company Get a bigger establishment Or you need to have corporate come down here and run that place because that place is poor management my name is Washington The Disgruntled old man over Ever!
