I finally complained because on either side of my multiple cars were serviced. The guy offered to give me a coupon. He knocked 25 bucks off and when I said I have a 15 off coupon he told me he couldn’t use it since he had reduced my price. Frankly what would have been appropriate is for them to move me to another lane. Even if I had gone in one of the other 2 lanes I would have been out of there 45 min faster.
