Now the shelves always seem bare and it looks grimy like it rarely gets a good cleaning, & it just has a blah, almost dismal atmosphere. The place could use a little makeover especially with the products & selection bc it's definitely not what it was a little while back. The guys behind the counter are for the most part polite but there has been times where I was given a higher price when going there to get stuff for my husband while he was home working on thr truck. That is beyond not cool so for that alone the rating would be poor anyway. If it wasn't for them being polite when ripping me off they would've gotten 0 stars.

Triple A towed me to Millsboro, DE lot after I called around for a battery, thinking that was the only problem. Erwin, helped me sort everything out and went above and beyond anything I ever experienced before. He even contacted a great and fair mechanic that came to the Advance lot and performed all the labor needed. Friendly, competent and caring customer service.
