  I had an excellent experience getting my oil changed, thanks to Samantha! From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable while I waited. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about providing great customer service. It’s not often you come across someone who goes above and beyond like she did. Highly recommend Samantha truly made this a 5-star experience!

  The one heavier set guy who does the payments and all needs to make people NOT feel embarrassed when using a coupon. This was the 2nd time in a condescending tone “let me guess you have a coupon just like every other person” if he has issues with people using coupons then he needs to work somewhere else. Very unprofessional. Also he does your payment and then the workers have to search what’s being done cuz the screen resets and flagged that the bay has paid.

  Louis, Chris, Logan, Jordan, and Cam were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Every single one of them was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. You can tell they really know what they’re doing. They were quick, efficient, and super knowledgeable, answering any questions without hesitation. What stood out the most was how well they worked together as a team. Everything ran smoothly, and they made sure we felt taken care of the entire time. It’s rare to find a group that’s not only skilled but also brings such a positive attitude. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this location and this team, 10/10. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I went on 3/30/26 to the Milford location for an oil change and a tire rotation. It’s the first time in 4 years that I was not satisfied with the service. The guy directing me in was condescending and rude in his tone. Same guy told me they couldn’t rotate my tires because my lug nuts were swollen. Took it to dealer next day who rotated my tires for free - nothing was “swollen”. They told me i needed a new battery. Dealer showed my battery at 65%. So it may be needed in the future but not right now. They took out my white air filter to show me as if I would ask them to replace it and of course I’ve refused. They also told me I had an oil leak which I did confirm at the dealer that I need a new oil housing unit. But honestly after that experience I don’t want to go back. When I had gone to check my oil the next morning, I saw the cap was off my battery (negative) connector and was just laying in my engine. I put it back on. Another cap off was partially on (not sure what it was)but I connected that back as well. All it takes is one bad experience and sad to say I won’t be back.

  The vibes are always immaculate. Always love coming here because I know they won’t try to get one over on me. They always feel like friends trying to help me out and teach me about my car. I know I can trust them. I met with Phillip today and he has continued that same customer service feeling, told me what he suggested and didn’t make me feel like an idiot for asking questions compared to other places. Even when I just need air in my tires, they always take care of me and I feel like I’m not a nuisance for coming in for something so small, but that’s why I keep coming back for my oil, transmission fluid, when my AC needed a little help and just a fluid top off. I just got back from deployment and my cars been sitting for about a year so they helped me figure out what I should do and what discounts were available for military. Thank you guys for always making it easy and enjoyable. 5 Stars. Give them all a raise!
