  I want to thank the whole Forest River RV crew., but specially to Jim, Carly, Toby and Patrick. They worked really hard helping us complete the whole process to finally get us our Camper. We are very grateful for their dedication, patience and excellent services, with 100% transparency. Very honest people and not just some sellers trying to sell you what ever just to get paid.   We drove 4 hours 1 way to this RV dealership after speaking with them for a week and being promised a great buying experience. We made it very clear we were serious buyers, ran our credit, and even put down a $500 deposit ahead of time. When we arrived, the camper wasn’t even properly set up and was in terrible condition. The second we walked in, it smelled like mold. There were holes in the walls, a couch ripped across the entire top, a hole in the bedroom wall, kitchen floor falling in, mold/mildew on the entire ceiling, and delamination on the outside, more issues than I have time to list. I want to make it clear that the photos listed did not show these extreme imperfections, and we specifically asked questions about the condition before making the trip. If they knew for an entire week that we were driving far away to purchase this camper the same day, it’s unacceptable that it was left in this condition. Now we’ve taken a hit on both of our credit and wasted 8+ hours of our time for something that should have been disclosed or fixed before we made the trip. Save your time and go to an actual Camping World instead. Very disappointing experience.

  After 2 long years of trying to find the right camper! Camping world in Milford DE found us the perfect one! From Jim (our sales rep) walking in the freezing cold with us! To pat (finance) getting the best deal! Amanda and Tina in the service department giving us all of the information we need to keep our 5th wheel in top shape! Carley and Gary definitely have a great team!!!! I definitely recommend coming here! The office is small and honestly feels like family from the moment you walk in the door!! We can’t wait to have so many adventures Thank you camping world Milford!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service – Truly Above and Beyond! We had an incredible experience at Camping World/Forest River in Milford, DE, and I truly cannot say enough good things about their Service team. Our service advisor, Tina, was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, she was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. She kept us informed every step of the way, always calling with updates and making sure we understood exactly what was going on with our RV. Her communication alone set this experience apart. The service manager was also phenomenal. She made sure everything was handled thoroughly and correctly, and you could tell she genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. She ensured that nothing was overlooked and that we felt confident and supported throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how we were treated — with respect, transparency, and real care. Honestly, we were treated better here than at the dealership where we originally purchased our RV in Menifee, California. They didn’t just meet our expectations — they exceeded them by a thousand times. If you want a dealership that truly communicates, follows through, and treats you like you matter, Forest River/ Camping World in Milford is the place to go. We are beyond grateful!
