I had a suspension kit and new tires installed at this shop, and it has been nothing but a nightmare since. Not only did I end up stuck in the middle of the road twice, but both times it was due to the same critical failure — once on each side.
After the second breakdown, I took my vehicle to a different, more trusted mechanic who immediately spotted the issue: the ball joint had been cut more than halfway through during the installation. Let that sink in — they cut into an essential suspension component that directly affects the control and safety of the vehicle, and still let me drive away in it. They also found a hose clamp which cover where they said “don’t worry I clamped it down for you”. According to the new mechanic, this was not just poor work — it was an extreme safety hazard. I was told point-blank that the way it was left could have easily caused a catastrophic failure at high speeds, putting me and others on the road at serious risk.
It’s completely unacceptable that a shop would perform work this careless and dangerous, especially when it comes to critical steering and suspension parts. Either they didn’t know what they were doing, or they knew and didn’t care. Both are equally alarming. The mechanic also told me numerous things on my invoice were not replaced.
I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this place with your vehicle. Cutting corners with suspension work isn’t just lazy — it’s life-threatening.

I love this place. From the staff to the quality of work they provide. They put up with my insane humor, they are quick, affordable and so kind. I will literally go nowhere else for any tire work, trailer work, and truck bed covers. I recommend to anyone who wants work with integrity and amazing people. What a great business to support.
