- SSSavannah SchauerDec 26, 20255.0We’ve had a few frustrating experiences recently with other Enterprise locations like picking up rentals that were not cleaned, almost out of gas, or had unreported damages. Because of that, our overall perception of Enterprise had really taken a hit. The Milford location completely turned that around for us. Kevin Carter was the associate who helped us with our most recent rental and he was exceptional. From confirming all rental details to inspecting the vehicle with us, he made it such an easy and efficient process. It was also completely filled with gas (something we rarely experience elsewhere). We were equally as impressed with the detailer as the vehicle was thoroughly cleaned with aired up tires to accommodate the incoming cold weather. We really really really appreciated the high quality service especially during their busy holiday season. That level of attention to detail and genuine care made a huge difference and really reshaped our overall standing with Enterprise. Outstanding customer service and professionalism. We will gladly make the longer drive to work with this location.
