  I recently came in for an oil change and had a really positive experience. Amanda assisted me and was extremely thorough, taking the time to clearly explain everything that was being done and pointing out anything I should keep an eye on. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was her excellent customer service. She was friendly, professional, and made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. It’s not always easy to find that level of care and attention, and it definitely made a difference in my visit. Overall, the service was efficient, transparent, and genuinely customer-focused. I’d definitely recommend this place based on this experience.

  Went to the Valvoline in Middletown, DE. The staff is always very friendly and it seems like they enjoy what they do. I like to see people having a good time at work! Have been here several times for oil changes and other car related services. They also helped me catch an issue with my car that was corrected at the dealership. It’s fast and efficient. I recommend them.

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff made the service visit streamline and pleasant. This was my second vehicle service within two weeks and I will be taking additional vehicles there as well.

  I visited on Saturday mid-day. After waiting 45 mins to get the car in the garage, checking lights , popping the hood, etc. I was told they were out of 5w-30 and wouldn’t receive a delivery until Friday. I asked why that couldn’t have been relayed before I waited so long. The girl suggested synthetic oil and said, I could go back to conventional oil the next time. No thanks as I know that is much more expensive and I have low mileage. Went to Dover location and they were surprised I was told Middletown was “out of oil” and what I was told about using synthetic. I feel it was a scam to get me to pay more. Will not use this location again.

  The team at my local Valvoline in Middletown is consistently efficient, professional, and genuinely respectful. In a time when great customer service can feel rare, they really stand out. I’ve been coming here since they first opened, and every visit has been a positive experience. It’s clear they take pride in their work and in treating customers well.
