At one point there were six people standing at the front of our vehicle doing nothing but talking. We were in Bay 2. Bay 1 & 3 each had two vehicles done and out while our car waited and was then worked on. This is the second time this has happened. Management should watch their video surveillance and do some training!!!

They changed the oil and the truck didn’t break down - so that was nice. Overall it was an ok job. Not the cheapest place for an instant oil change, but I like that you stay inside the vehicle here. No oily waiting room with dirty chairs.
