The attendant’s usually don’t leave much space between cars. Same thing happened to my neighbor in same car wash. Canceled my subscription today. Also car not really clean after I leave.

- BBBriana BoydJan 30, 20261.0I went through the car wash on the evening of 1/29/26 and noticed scratches all across my hood afterward. I returned the next day to have the issue addressed. I waited an hour and a half while the attendant attempted to locate the surveillance footage but was unable to find it. I gave them my contact information and was told a manager would contact me to address the issue. I left, and received a call 10 minutes later and was told that they found the video footage (go figure) and it showed the scratches were already present beforehand.
