They're always trash on the ground This used to be a good car wash lately it's been going down hill. I think it may be time for me to cancel my membership.

The worst part is my rearview mirror is cracked and some type of film on there after going through the wash. My rearview mirror was not cracked before I got there. I spoke to a manager and he was laughing and not taking it serious and saying he doesn’t understand how this happened and his car is fine. I was not rude to him. I was just explaining to him this is what happened to my rearview mirror and then he was just chuckling and put his shoulders up like oh we would just have to make a claim, but it’s just gonna go to corporate and acting as if I was lying. Why would I lie about a cracked mirror. I’m not trying to make money off of that. It’s the fact that it’s my property and that is not how my car looked when I entered there. I’m not going back there for business at all. It was great when it first opened.
