  The manager Heather was great but the techs made several mistakes. First they put the wrong size tires on the front of my car which made my computer system go crazy. Heather said to bring the car back up so I did. This time they put one tire I wanted and the other was a different style. I called Heather again and she said bring the car back again. I could tell she was very sorry. So this time they finally got it right, all 4 tires are the right size and style... Heather gave me a discount and apologized for the inconvenience...

  Not favorable. Arrangements made to put car in shop all day Thursday. Week before had been told what repairs were needed. So even though my reservation was made in advance, they hadn’t ordered the parts. Car sat for half a day. In checking in they said car would be ready by 7:00 close. Picked car up that night. Friday AM called back to car car didn’t feel right. Steering in wheel crooked and skid light was lighted on dash. Man said light would go off after 20 miles. I checked air in all tires, ok. Had to head out of town on Sat traveling on interstate. Felt extremely unsafe. Vibration felt on road. Light never went out. Feels like it’s not aligned. I’ve paid over $4000. Out in past 2 weeks for 3 new tires , new axil, & new back break pads. Now scheduled to leave car off on Wednesday. Extremely unhappy with service. This is my only transportation.

  I had a flat tire. Mr tire told they were not able to fix the tire and tried to sell me a new one for more than $300. I asked them to put it back but they installed the spare one and let the flat tire on back of my truck.(mr tire charge me $26 for checking the tire). I took the tire somewhere else for a second opinion. and they fixed it for $20. It was nothing wrong with the tire. I just don’t understand why mr tire told me the tire had two holes within 2” away from each other.

  I happened to lift the hood of my car a day after the oil change at Mr. Tire, to add windshield washer fluid. I was horrified/angry to find that the engine oil cap had not been replaced after the oil change. This seemingly minor oversight could have caused the engine to catch fire and/or totally ruined my engine if it had not been discovered. I am still shaken by this experience and do not know if I can bring my cars back to Mr. Tire for future work.

  To start off with the positives, the Cooper tires I was told I would like did not disappoint. However, it goes downhill from here. I was told that I needed 4 new TPMS sensors and the price for everything was over $2,000 to do everything. That part was no problem however, when I left, I was told that the tire sensor warning light would be on my dash while driving it until a certain point. It did go off, but then came back on. I talked to the lead mechanic, Corey and he told me that his computer to "learn" the new sensors in wasn't capable of doing 2026 vehicles and I would have to go to the dealer, however I was told by the manager that I did not need to but that it would be another $130+ dollars on top of the bill I already paid, because it needed a sensor for the spare tire to make the light go off. Also, I noticed when I had to come back again that Cooper tires they had a deal if you bought four you would get 1 for free which was never brought up to me. The key to take off the spare tire was lost also so if I got a flat I would not have been able to remove the tire. I have now gone to another shop that is going to fix it that I can remove the tire. I am very disappointed and will not return here. I informed the manager of this and she would not return my call. Very disappointed that I paid all this money and had to go through this and pay all that money. When I came back they were also supposed to retorque the lug nuts but it never said on the invoice that it was done.
