- GRGlenn RobertsNov 15, 20251.0Very disappointing experience. Bought tires for our old van back in the spring. At the time I mentioned a slow leak in the front left tire, probably the valve. They said, no problem they'd take care of it. Well over the summer I kept having to top off the tire so by end of summer I took it back and asked them to fix it. They called and said they were unable to remove the wheel bolts (after only a few months?) and it would cost $600 to put new hub and bearing in! I said not worth it for a slow leak - I'll just pick up the car. But I drove it only a few hundred yards and determined it was undriveable - the wheel or hub had somehow been damaged. So now I had no choice and had to take it back. $600 later the leak appears to be fixed but I'm not a happy customer. 1) should have fixed the valve the first time but didn't. 2) no idea how lug nuts could freeze up on their own in such a short time - over torqued or cross threaded when the put the tires on?? 3) should *never* have turned the car over to me in an un-driveable (unsafe) condition. 4) showed no empathy for my situation and did not offer to reduce the cost (since I had to spend the $ because their mechanics did something to the wheel).

Was able to have the work done the next day and with in the time frame I was given. The service was wonderful. The car was returned to me in a timely fashion and very clean. I was very impressed with the service and highly recommend them.
- DMDonovan MayNov 3, 20255.0Fantastic people. Super friendly, super helpful. I was down in the area just for a few days while getting married and had to ask for an emergency tire replacement!! Showed up Thursday evening right before they closed and they ordered me a new tire that night, insisted it be replaced before they closed Friday evening, and were super thoughtful to wait until I called Saturday morning so they didn't interrupt anything. And I barely paid more than the actual cost of the tire when I left! Really appreciate everyone's help! I'll remember it whenever I'm down there again.

Discovered this by bringing it to my mechanic who I should have gone to in the first place. I thought I would give Mr. Tire a chance since I live so close. My mechanic said that this will cause a problem and should get another oil change and filter replaced soon. I would not recommend going there as they are not knowing what is best for your vehicle. Not all vehicles are the same so if you want the correct parts or service for your vehicle go somewhere else.
