  Outstanding service & fair pricing on 3 different occasions. 1st time they actually came to my house as I had a riding mower with a flat tire & no way to get it to them. 2nd time was when my hauling trailer needed new tires, very reasonable pricing. 3rd time my truck needed tires & a new battery. I priced it before I went & they were very fair as compared to other local tire businesses. I could have saved $80 going to Christiana Costco, but that did not make sense losing a day driving 2 hours each way being stuck there waiting. By staying local, I helped my local business which I like doing whenever possible.

  Heather and the entire crew are such incredible people. Not only are they knowledgeable about all products and vehicles, they make you feel at home. I will always be coming back because of Heather and the crew! Thank you all for the help recently and the incredible experience.

  I had a blow out over 100 miles from my home. Jerry and the crew at the Lewes office were so helpful. They were slammed that day but accommodated me anyway. My car ended up dying and I needed a new battery also. They just kept assuring me and my 2 kids that we'd be fine and they'd take care of us. And they did. Everyone was so nice. I cant say enough nice things about the professionalism of Jerry and the team. Highly recommend this store!

  The woman at the desk is amazing. Her customer service skills are outstanding, and over the 2 hour period I sat there I heard her answer many calls and solve numerous problems with unfailing courtesy The techs, however, were not as good. The tech who explained to me what the problem was became very impatient as I tried to understand what he was telling me. The techs forgot to “plug in” the parking brake… which made the brake light stay on, so I had to return immediately to have that corrected. Finally, whoever filled my tires with air made the common mistake of using the tire pressure printed on the tires rather than the psi on the car door jamb, hence they put only 33 lbs. of air instead of 35. I’m not sure if I will return to this shop … although, again, I cannot praise the woman at the desk enough because she was outstanding

  I went to Mr Tire for the first time to seek help for a damaged tire. My wife had run over what looked like a screwdriver, and it was sticking out of the tire. Since it was holding air I wasn’t sure if it could be repaired. I had a spare tire and brought it with me in case the tire was unable to be fixed. A quick evaluation by the staff and they said they could not repair the tire. I then asked them to inspect the spare I brought with me. They explained to me that since the tire was more than 5 years old , they could not mount it on the rim. They suggested another place that would do that for me. But instead I appreciated the integrity they displayed by not trying to sell me a new tire at a higher price than the repair or replacement would be, but at the same time maintaining a safety first approach for me. The other challenge was that I was leaving town soon, and would not be back for a long time. I didn’t want to leave this problem unresolved. I asked about a new replacement tire, and they gave me a comparable tire and the price for replacement. They explained that they were extremely busy and would do the best to get it done by the end of day. Within a couple hours, they called me and said it was ready for pickup. They even agreed to dispose of the 5 year old tire for me. I will definitely return for service knowing that integrity is important here, safety is important and getting the extra sale doesn’t come at the cost of sacrificing what is most important! Kudos to the staff!
