  I happened to lift the hood of my car a day after the oil change at Mr. Tire, to add windshield washer fluid. I was horrified/angry to find that the engine oil cap had not been replaced after the oil change. This seemingly minor oversight could have caused the engine to catch fire and/or totally ruined my engine if it had not been discovered. I am still shaken by this experience and do not know if I can bring my cars back to Mr. Tire for future work.

  This review is 100 percent tied to the gentleman answering the phone at the front desk. I simply called in to ask a few questions and he got very short me. When I apologized for whatever percieved slight that set him off, he response was simply to hang up me. Have to say that this was upsetting for me since my wife and I have used this location on multiple occasions, and were provided with excellent service. In addition, I was very cordial in how I spoke to him, and to be honest I felt that his attitude was uncalled for.

  To start off with the positives, the Cooper tires I was told I would like did not disappoint. However, it goes downhill from here. I was told that I needed 4 new TPMS sensors and the price for everything was over $2,000 to do everything. That part was no problem however, when I left, I was told that the tire sensor warning light would be on my dash while driving it until a certain point. It did go off, but then came back on. I talked to the lead mechanic, Corey and he told me that his computer to "learn" the new sensors in wasn't capable of doing 2026 vehicles and I would have to go to the dealer, however I was told by the manager that I did not need to but that it would be another $130+ dollars on top of the bill I already paid, because it needed a sensor for the spare tire to make the light go off. Also, I noticed when I had to come back again that Cooper tires they had a deal if you bought four you would get 1 for free which was never brought up to me. The key to take off the spare tire was lost also so if I got a flat I would not have been able to remove the tire. I have now gone to another shop that is going to fix it that I can remove the tire. I am very disappointed and will not return here. I informed the manager of this and she would not return my call. Very disappointed that I paid all this money and had to go through this and pay all that money. When I came back they were also supposed to retorque the lug nuts but it never said on the invoice that it was done.

  The 5 stars is for the front staff. It was actually a pleasant experience, great communication, very accommodating and friendly. The quality of work was a little different Maybe a dispatch or communication issue Oil Change- Light not reset, I had to reset 4 tires- Low pressure light still on when picked up I had to reset 21 point check top off fluid-washer solvent empty, I refilled ok now Brake flush- not done at all 125$ I'm due a refund Like I said nice folks but they need to work out some QC issues and also send me a refund, or credit my card. Hopefully they read this and do that

  I will never be back. I brought my car over on a Wednesday morning (before 1100) for an air leak to be assessed. Later in the day, I was called and it was determined that the tire was irreparable and they needed to order a new tire. All good, order the tire. The gal on the phone said she guaranteed the tire would be there next day and car would be done by end of day. Next day, I hadn’t heard anything, so I called around 2:00pm to check so that I knew what I was doing about a ride home from work. A gentleman told me it would be ready around 3:30. Great. I got there at 4:00 only to find out that my car had not even had the repair started yet! I asked them why they didn’t just call me and tell me it wouldn’t be ready until Friday. At this point, my ride had left and I was stranded. They said they could take it back in about 20 minutes after offering to give me my keys so that I could drive it home WITH A NAIL IN THE TIRE! They had my car in the repair area for less than 15 minutes. I paid the bill and got in. The tire gauge light was still on…they had to have seen it because they drove it out of the shop. It is not 4 days later and the gauge is still on. Another mechanic friend said they likely damaged the sensor…that’s close to $2000 to repair! One nail in the tire taken to Mr. Tire will now be close to 3 grand to fix if you add in the $425 I paid them. Beware of this business!
