  Do not take your car here. I’ve always had my oil done by Atlantic auto in Millville but on a short notice due to a trip we were taking I decided to have my oil done at Jiffy Lube. Had my oil changed end of July and by end of October and only 1500 miles later my engine is blown. I get my car towed to my mechanic and I am told that my engine is blown due to the fact that the oil had not been changed in months. I have always been beyond diligent In getting my oil changed and having my car serviced. Now I either need to buy a brand new engine for a car that’s not worth the price of the engine or I have to buy a new car. I have had this car for five years and have never had any problems with it before bringing it to this location. They will kill your car do not use them.

  A few days ago, I came to this Jiffy Lube expecting to pay about $99 for a full synthetic oil change, but I ended up being charged $188. When I asked for an itemized receipt before paying, I was refused one — I didn’t see the charges until after the service was done. I agreed to a tire rotation but was never told it would be a “specialty” rotation with a higher price. Several other fees and "upcharges" were added without my approval. The entire visit took about an hour and a half, which made the experience even more frustrating. When I tried to discuss the pricing, the manager was dismissive and invalidating. Later, I called another nearby Jiffy Lube, which confirmed the same synthetic oil change should have been $99 total, with no “specialty” fees or upcharges. Update: After posting my review, the manager’s public reply included several inaccuracies. For clarity, no one ever explained additional fees, “specialty maintenance,” or Mobil 1 upcharges before or after the service. I called ahead, specified my 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan, and was quoted $99 with no mention of extra oil or special requirements. I’ve followed up in writing with the manager and corporate for resolution.

  They had me in and out with excellent service! Everyone was very kind and they did not try to sell me unnecessary things. They made sure I had everything I needed before heading off. Also, great prices! I will be back in the future!

  The manager and team today was amazing!! My skid plate was damaged and they removed it for me and got me in quickly They even said they could replace it once I get the part! Loved the crew there this morning!! I’ve had some issues in the past but I’ll keep going to this location especially with this crew!
