More focused on trying to upsell you. I brought my car here for a routine oil change. Part of this service is that they are supposed to check the tire pressure and refill it, but my tires were still at 28 psi when I left. I drove it around for a bit to make sure it wasn't the sensor needing to update, and it never changed. Then when I tried to close my glove box after putting the receipt in it, it wouldn't close unless I really slammed it. Keep in mind this is a 2024 vehicle that has never had this issue. They just didn't put the glovebox back in correctly after checking the cabin air filter. What else are they doing incorrectly? I won't return to this location. The only reason they are getting a second stat is because the staff was friendly and took care of the issue promptly. The prices seemed more expensive than some other places in the area as well.
