  I just wanted to shine a light on your tow truck driver John for loading and towing our car over the bridge to the Lexus on Monday 12/15/25 which was probably one of the coldest days of the year! He was very patient, hard working and as nice as he could be. He even let me know when he dropped the car off after his 2 hour ride. We will always use Gray’s for car services, they are the best in the area. Thank you John! Theresa and Dick Bramwell

  AAA has sent Rich from Grays Towing three times to my home over the past several years. Each time, Rich approached the task with great enthusiasm and know how, offering an assessment with confidence and resolving the issue quickly. But tonights assistance really was amazing. He resolved a significant issue with my Classic Model Tesla. He conferred with many sources and persevered to resolve a BIG problem. Thanks Rich!
