  Everything was fine. The Dover location was the best. The people were helpful and kind. The place was packed with people but each one received individual care. I overheard lots of stuff but the staff maintained that balance between personal and professional for each person. Great job!

  I reserved a vehicle with enterprise and selected the 2026 Kia K5 LXS. It was new with only 8 miles and I was excited since I already own a 2023 Kia K5 GT with quad tip exhaust and a 2025 Kia K5 GT-LINE. The team at Enterprise was extremely helpful in helping me secure the vehicle. On the day of travel l was 2 hours out when the low engine oil light came on. I contacted Enterprise Dover, DE location where I picked the vehicle up from and was told to find a Enterprise location on the road and swap it out. After driving to two locations that didn't have inventory I drove back to the Dover, DE location to return the vehicle and receive a total refund

  They don't schedule or pick up on weekends so I made an appointment for Monday at 10am. They said pick up is 10 to 11. And they were still late. I called multiple times to ensure my reservation would be on time and they just say someone is on the way. So inconvenient! Then as soon as I get there the person in front of me is being given the car that I reserved. There is no reason to even make a reservation.

  I did not accept my reservation as I booked a suv suburban when I got there they offered me a little compact ugly car. I refused still awaiting refund to my card

  Do not use a debit card to rent here! Allegedly it makes more sense for a business to require your utility bill to allow you to use cash that’s in your bank versus not asking or requiring anything for borrowed money from a credit card. Nothing to do with the workers there, they have to work to make money. But the policy is discriminatory against people who can’t carry a utility bill with them? Who carried that to rent when you never disclose that in the rental policy???? Poor policy decisions.
