I ran my vehicle through the wash, the attendant held off to enter until the vehicle infront of me was about a car length away. As we approached the end, the truck infront of us got stuck at the dry off area, speaking with that driver, he said his truck was bouncing and couldn’t move forward, meanwhile, our vehicle kept moving forward and at the time we didn't realize, we made contact. The truck had to drive out without the fan dry. At that time we also got stuck and had to also manually drive out. I pulled up to the window and explained what happened and the young employee didn’t even care. We then drove around to vacuum and that’s when I spoke to the driver of the truck infront of us and also noticed the mark on our front bumper that hit the trucks hitch. We all went in to speak to the manager Steve and my impression was friendly, did his job to collect information for a report and then we were asked questions of “did you brake, if your truck have the auto slip something? “ and after the truck left with no damage. The manager was explaining to me the situation with that truck. He’s always here etc. And then I told him we got stuck also. Then he asked questions that were more “gotcha/skeptical” questions and was not taking any blame, but just a report. It’s been 2.5 weeks since and I have not received any email, call from whomever they deal with. Unfortunately, this is a franchise and I’m sure they are going to fight to not have to be responsible for a faulty system at that and other times.
