I can't say that I was ever truly satisfied with their service. On several occasions the vacuums would come apart while vacuuming. The dryer would leave a film on the side view mirrors leaving them smeared and dirty looking. Just recently they went up in cost without any notification. We decided to cancel our membership.

Called the gentleman took phone out pocket looked didn’t answer. Called back female answered, her tone wasn’t service oriented. I work in customer service and was thinking what would happened if I spoke to a client the way she spoke to me. She told me they will open at 3 because they doing maintenance. I know I should have called before I traveled but figured why not go cause the website said open 10-3 today.

- NPNick PDec 16, 20251.0While this was perhaps my third visit to this location, I had just recently signed up for the Unlimited Wash Club. Unfortunately, my brief experience as a member has ended due to extremely poor customer service. I made a mistake and forgot an older door mat in my truck bed. When I was passing the office area, an older white gentleman (who appeared to be management or a long-time employee) came through the doors. Instead of kindly and professionally informing me of the policy, he spoke to me with a very clear and unprofessional attitude. He told me, 'Next time you don’t have your truck bed clear before you come through the wash we will decline cleaning your vehicle.' The tone and hostile delivery were completely unnecessary and immediately alienating. As a paying Unlimited Club member, I expect basic courtesy and respect, not an aggressive warning. This type of interaction is unacceptable. Because of this extremely poor customer service, I have already decided to cancel my new membership and will be taking my business to a car wash that respects its paying customers. This business needs to train its staff on how to speak respectfully to the public.
