  I want to thank Steve for seeing me through a situation that was considered an accident and not common practice of Tommy's. Our car had received a small amount of damage, after a wait Steve took care of my situation. Steve seen the entire issue and correction through. Great service.

  I love taking my honda fit to Tommy’s (Yes I am aware micro scratches touch car wash can do) however I love it for these reasons. This vehicle is a daily driver / beater - open late - lowered car friendly - free vacuums - their new molded floor mats washer

  I will come back to update if I get the correct response today. I normally pay each time last month the nice lady said try the 30 days free and pick a package I picked the $14.99 package. I liked it and said you know what I gave her my card to keep on file. TO WAKE UP TO A $27.99 CHARGE NOW IM FUMING this is unacceptable. Waiting on a callback now. Times is too hard to play with people money and I personally would never pay almost $30 and have to clean out and vacuum my own car thats why I picked the one I did. **UPDATE so I went to the website and this is how they get you its $14.99 per wash and if you join $27.99 I was not familiar with this as other car wash places the package you pick is the monthly fee. Sadly I will have to cancel this membership.

  I really liked this car wash until I noticed that the paint on the whole top side of my car is scratched. I just got this car and was recommended this car wash, but they need to invest in different brushes or whatever cleans the outside of the car. It's not 1 star because despite that, everytime I have gone there, I have had really nice employees talk to me.

  We held a membership here for 9 months. They have 2 locations. Dover and Middletown. They also have a mat cleaner that's a neat feature. I can't say that I was ever truly satisfied with their service. On several occasions the vacuums would come apart while vacuuming. The dryer would leave a film on the side view mirrors leaving them smeared and dirty looking. Just recently they went up in cost without any notification. We decided to cancel our membership.
