  Front windshield replaced in one hour. Only downside was I had to get after market windshield for my Dodge ram.

  First the good. The Windshield was replaced and looks like a great glass install. The right part, The right features. Neat work. Easy to set up and order the part online and set up service. Now the part that needs some details worked out. The first appointment was changed due to the part not coming in as planned. no big deal this happens with everyone. The second appointment was changed because they then noticed the age of my car and wanted it taken to their shop instead of them coming to me. (This should have been noticed from the start) This is the main reason i chose them in the first place. i have another glass shop i have used in the past that was great in all aspects of my replacement. Now the bad... When i cam back to pick up the car i noticed the wipers were incorrectly installed. When i told the person behind the counter is where the problem was. In stead of just saying they had them wrong and offering to fix it they told me I was wrong. This is the second of the same make and model car which i have owned spanning 25+ years. They finally sent someone with what was supposed to be the tools to correct it to the car with me. who argued the whole time. After bragging about how long he has been replacing windshields he took a screw driver and tried to pry off my wiper ARMS not blades damaging them. ( I replaced them less than 2 years ago) he argued there was no puller for removing arms. Later he went back into the chop and produced the puller which had had to use after brutalizing my car with a screwdriver. I then showed him how the wipers actually retract under the hood when they are turned off properly and reinstalled the arms to the proper position. No human can be expected to know everything. My car is a little different than most. no problem. ask questions when you dont know things. accept the knowledge offered. force is not a replacement for knowledge. prying instead of using a puller is lazy and unprofessional. I now have loose wiper transmissions that were in excellent condition before this thanks to there not using the tools they actually had. I feel like they were trying so hard to cover their butts and not have to fix their mistakes they didnt care if the job was right or i was happy with the work.
