    Went through insurance for rental while vehicle was in the shop. Vehicle was nice, but when dropping our vehicle off to be repaired Enterprise was supposed to meet there with the rental. Service and hold times were awful. They never called or showed up. Tried to call and ended up on hold over 45 mins with no answer. Second attempt to call, waited on hold 25 minutes before finally getting someone to resolve the issue nearly 3 hours later.
