They will let the phone ring out, constantly hang up or send your call to a different location. When I finally got an answer, I was greeted with pure attitude for a simple 30 second conversation.

I wasn't able to leave until 11:40. 40 minutes of watching people come in after me and leave before me. I had a doctors appointment in another city, I tried so hard to still make it there on time, but couldn't because of this awful car rental. I had no time to even learn the car. They also only gave me a 40 miles worth of gas so I was stressing out the entire trip because I had no time to stop. I wasted $20 on an Uber there, $50 on the rental, $15 on gas, $20 for an Uber home. I have never been so angry at a business before.

Just wow lazy workers it’s Dover Delaware tho so what do I expect any better ?🤣🤣
