After being picked up for a CAR RENTAL, two representatives told me they had no CARS available. But before the end of the day or at the least by the next day, I could return the only option I had t the time, this Big Chevy Pick Up TRUCK. It has now been SEVEN DAYS! No one called me and when I went to Bay Road DAY FOUR, asking why no one contacted me to swap out of this TRUCK I was informed there IS still no car available for me. And still going on DAY 8, No contact AND TODAY after calling enterprise customer service. I EVEN didn’t get a call back from a REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE as I was told. Very, Very disappointing and frustrating and SAD. 2 stars?

My fiancée was getting me a rental for our weekend vacation and everything was squared away until it came time to pay. The car was in my name but he was paying for it as a birthday gift for me and they were asking him for all this information, which didn’t make sense because all the other times we’ve used rentals we never had this issue. We ended up canceling the rental because they were adamant about him showing more than just his license. I will shout out Corey he has amazing customer service! But we were very disappointed with Enterprise.
