    Broke down just up the street from here. Walked down got our parts we needed and got the truck going in no time. Very helpful staff.

    I placed an order online with all the parts showing in stock. Had to call several hours later because I never got and email for pickup. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and while i was on hold they put the order together and sent the email then returned to the phone to say that there system shows the order was ready. So they filled the order while I was on the phone to see what the hold up was what if I wouldn't have called. When I got the order back to the house then parts back to the house one of the parts in the box was the wrong part but the box was the right part number. I'm soo disappointed with the quality of service and quality control at this location I will not shop at this location again.

    Ordered a part online, when I didn't get an update email I called the store to find out the status. Was told oh yeah we didn't have it in stock but we will get it in later today. Still no update on my order. Four days later I go to the store to request a refund. Was not offered any explanation or even an apology for the lack of communication. Service was terrible during this process.
