I thought it was a nice store until I had to go in multiple times.. just grabbing things I need for an oil change nothing crazy. And the last time I went in there I bought an oil filter, so I tell the guy hey like this doesn’t look like the same oil filter on my car it was a bit longer than the one I had. So he said to me “well that’s the one you bought” instead of double checking or explaining what I might have missed but no, very unsatisfied with the customer service, I didn’t like how when I went in there and everyone had their arms crossed… idk if it’s bc of me or the way I look but I’m very unhappy with the way I got treated in there when I’ve previously worked for the company and I’ve been a member for over 5 years now. So definitely NOT a location I will be visiting again. Thank you

Typically a car battery will last 2-5 years, with premium batteries lasting 5-6 years. But you should replace it every 4 years for safe measures if you want to avoid any unwanted problems.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
