- DDDoodle DogApr 25, 20221.0Be very cautious when having a device installed in your car if you have problems the place that installs your Intoxalock or device is not the place that you will call if you have problems with the device you will be put through a horrible experience of trying to get a live person through the Intoxalock corporation. This place simply is only going to install your equipment and if anything goes wrong you must contact intoxalock not the station that installed the unit. My unit was improperly installed and has created a lot of malfunctioning with my lights in the dash board. I am looking into seeing how this can be changed and make the installation place liable for their own inapt installations.
