This place simply is only going to install your equipment and if anything goes wrong you must contact intoxalock not the station that installed the unit. My unit was improperly installed and has created a lot of malfunctioning with my lights in the dash board. I am looking into seeing how this can be changed and make the installation place liable for their own inapt installations.
