I’ve taken my car plenty of times to other AutoZone locations to get headlights/brake lights/windshield wipers replaced, but this time KELLY was extremely rude and refused to provide the service because it was “too complicated.” ONE brake light was too complicated for Kelly to replace. Maybe some training classes need to be provided or hire more competent employees.
