- AMAbby Kyle McCuneFeb 18, 20265.0DREAM TEAM Kelly and kenzie were a grest help. Had a faulty battery installed in my dads car. When I came in, we verified the batteries was bad and they were able to let me know that it was still under warranty and were able to exchange the battery for the right battery with no hassle and no fuss. Great job in the store look clean and also saw them helping other customers when I came in and was very friendly.

I’ve taken my car plenty of times to other AutoZone locations to get headlights/brake lights/windshield wipers replaced, but this time KELLY was extremely rude and refused to provide the service because it was “too complicated.” ONE brake light was too complicated for Kelly to replace. Maybe some training classes need to be provided or hire more competent employees.
