Very friendly gentleman checked me in, was super kind and positive through the whole experience. Took less than 10min from arrival to driving away. Would recommend!

It’s one thing to receive good customer service when all is well but it speaks volumes when exceptional service is provided even when an issue(s) arise. Plural in our case lol. He couldn’t have been more understanding and kind during a frustrating situation. I didn’t feel like just another customer or feel any impatience or irritation from him whatsoever. I highly recommend this location for honest, dependable, and professional service. I also appreciated how they stuck to a schedule as well. I never waited for check in or check out which is a first for me at a rental agency. Thanks again Spencer!
