I was told that they would not even be able too look the vehicle until Monday the 5th because they only had one technician. I should been made aware of this when the appointment was made. This is not good business practice in this day and age. Update: took my vehicle to the dealership and the issue was found in 20 minutes and appoint and parts are ordered. I do thank you for your responce but I will pay dealership prices for appointment that will be kept. I wish you the best in the coming year.

I have used Mr Tire on previous occasion to replace four tires on my 2020 Prius. They did a good job then as well. I recommend them.
