- DBdavid brightOct 12, 20215.0Had a breakdown this morning, called Reynolds... They answered on the first ring, the dispatcher was as nice, polite, professional and informative as can be. He told me exactly what time the driver would arrive (which was within 30 minutes, and the car was 15 miles from Reynolds). The driver arrived, right on time... again just like the dispatcher he was, nice, polite, informative and very helpful. He confirmed everything very clearly (where to tow it, contact info etc). Within 5 minutes he had my car on the flatbed and was on the way to the shop. The breakdown happened 3 hours ago and the car is already fixed. I would HIGHLY recommend Reynolds to anyone!
