  My experience with this location and staff was nothing but amazing, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had no issues upon renting the vehicle. They made sure everything fit my needs and everything went smoothly Quincy in particular was great he made me feel very welcome and was so professional, I can’t wait to rent from here again.

  Professional, courteous, friendly. Made my whole experience super easy. Picked me up, took me to enterprise, I drove away. Left the car where they picked me up. Drove my car after repairs were completed. Enterprise picked the rental up from there. 1st class service.

  Arrived at Eneterprise to pick up the 8 passenger mini-van I reserved however all that was available was 7 passenger vans. I really needed the 8 passenger. The assistant branch manager, Kayonna, who was so polite and pleasent told me to hold on and she was going to see what she can do. She was able to make things right. I truly appreciate her willingness to make sure our trip wasn't disrupted. I would recommend this branch 10 out of 10 times if you're looking for top notch customer service.

  The car was brand new and very nice. The Enterprise representative was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
