Had to take it back in less than 15 min. Received second one and wipers are so old if it rained I wouldn't have been able to see clearly. Then noticed as I get to a store visit that one of the rear wheel well covers were split and laying on the tire, wich would explain the scraping sound I heard when I hit breaks. It's concerning that these vehicles aren't being inspected for safety issues like this. More importantly how often or are they being maintenance regularly. I drive a lot for work now im stuck in an unsafe vehicle waiting for a call back from management over 2 hours ago. Ive always rented from enterprise for personal use if needed. Im considering hertz going forward.

Eigentlich sollte man meinen, dass ein solcher Vorgang unkompliziert und kundenfreundlich abläuft – leider war genau das Gegenteil der Fall. Statt mir ein gleichwertiges Fahrzeug wie das ursprünglich gebuchte zur Verfügung zu stellen, wollte man mir lediglich einen Kleinwagen aushändigen. Für mich ist das absolut unverständlich: Wenn man ein Fahrzeug in einer bestimmten Kategorie mietet, dann tut man das bewusst, sei es wegen Platz, Komfort oder geschäftlicher Notwendigkeiten. Ein deutlich kleineres Auto anzubieten, ist schlicht kein fairer Ersatz. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass hier nicht auf meine Situation oder meine Bedürfnisse eingegangen wurde. Gerade in einem Moment, in dem man bereits durch einen Defekt am Fahrzeug genug Ärger hat, sollte ein Vermieter bemüht sein, den Prozess so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten und nicht noch zusätzlichen Stress zu verursachen. Für mich hat dieser Vorfall gezeigt, dass Kundenorientierung in dieser Filiale offenbar keinen hohen Stellenwert hat. Die Kommunikation war nicht lösungsorientiert, und ich hatte den Eindruck, dass es eher darum ging, mir schnell irgendein Auto anzubieten, anstatt eine angemessene Lösung zu finden. Sehr enttäuschend und für mich definitiv keine Empfehlung. Daher vergebe ich nur einen Stern.
