  I left my EZ PASS in the car, and within an hour it disappeared and no one could find it! I had to pay for a new EZ PASS!

  Second time renting from here. The first time, I had to bring the car back twice. Once for low tire pressure and once for a low-key battery. luckily I had not started my trip yet. Now today, I rented another vehicle In the economy class Because of budget. I know I am not going to get any high-end vehicle, but I do expect to get a reliable vehicle. I received a 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage, and it is probably the worst vehicle I have ever driven. Why would you rent a discontinued 3 L engine vehicle that can barely reach higher speeds And sounds like Crap?I have to travel to my parents house which is mostly highway driving and I am petrified to do so. I rent a car to take the anxiety out of driving because the vehicle I own is not driving well and has very high mileage. And you have done nothing but increased my anxiety. The only reason you did not get one star is because you have very friendly staff.DO BETTER!!!

  The staff at the Bear DE Pulaski Hwy were very professional and courteous. Car pickup and drop-off was expedient and efficient. The location was very clear. My rental was, clean and had NO odors.
