When I walked in, the person at the counter didn’t greet me or acknowledge me right away ....not rude, but definitely not friendly either. I stood there for about two minutes before he asked how he could help. When I explained my situation, he told me they couldn’t do it because there were only two people working and that I should come back after noon. There were no other customers in the store or parking lot while I was there, so it just felt like they didn’t want to be bothered. The interaction wasn’t outright disrespectful, but the lack of customer service and effort really turned me off. I ended up going to another AutoZone Pulaski highway right next to the pep boys where they installed my battery right away with no problem. I probably won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
