  Staff was knowledgeable, and if they don't have your part in stock, they will check and see if it's available at other stores. No pressure to buy expensive parts and accessories, and they explain the difference between parts and quality

  My was a very big help to me when I couldn’t figure out how to open my son’s car hood to check the oil. She is such very nice and a good asset to Auto Zone. All of the employees there are really nice and professional.
