  As a company, One Parking deserves 0 stars. In summary, One Parking should not exist because they have proven themselves to be very unorganized and just liars. I bought a parking pass to this garage months in advance for a concert. I get to the garage, and there is a notice that stated the garage would be closed to in/out access from 10 pm that night until 12 pm next day. Not knowing what that meant, my sister and I called the customer service line to get clarification on if that meant we could not leave the garage after 10 pm. I personally talked to at least two different people, and all of them said that I could not get my car out of the garage after 10 pm. So, I had to leave my concert, run back to the garage to get my car out before 10 pm, park in a different garage (also ran by One Parking), and run back to my concert. Ended having to run 2.5 miles and missed half of my concert. While walking back to the 2nd garage (Franklin Square garage on 1300 I street), we passed the 1350 I garage. Remember how 2+ people said the 1350 I st garage would be closed for exit after 10 pm? The 1350 I garage exit gate was LEFT OPEN. I COULD have gotten out after 10 pm, but instead of telling me that, the attendants lied and said I could not exit. I attempted to get a refund for both garages, because I would not have been in the 1300 I st garage if the attendants had not lied, but I was told they cannot refund the 1300 I st garage because, "it's against our policy." The lying did not stop there. They tried to claim we could not exit the 1350 I garage because a manager would have to come out then to let us exit. Then, they claimed it was because of a power outage. Then, they said the garage was completely closed in that time frame, and no one was supposed to be parked in there at all. So, which is it? Was it closed or not closed? Able to get out or not? Even a supervisor did not seem to understand what was supposed to happen with this garage on that day and kept giving different excuses. And besides being liars, they are also very rude. One of them hung up on my sister as she was trying to get clarification on what the notice meant. This is one of the most unorganized, incompetent group of people I have had the displeasure of dealing with, and it was because of their lies and mismanagement that my concert was ruined. So, do NOT use One Parking garages. You're better off using the metro and parking in there. Never using their services again.

  Clean, bright and feel safe. It's in basement of a hotel. I was told that even tho they're not open during the night, if you're already parked there, you still can get in and drive out. 24/7. $25/day and they read your license plate. You don't even need your ticket.
