However as I was leaving the house on the morning of my trip they rang to tell me they were booked out even with a reservation. I had to cancel my trip as I couldn't wait to see if I would get a car. NB for internationals! The customer service hub appears to be offshore and they aren't familiar with local branch rules around credit cards, passport and driver IDs etc. get through to the local branch to clarify.

Ashley was professional, nice, greeted me with respect and no attitude. The process was smooth, vehicle was ready and clean inside. Kevin took the time to clean the vehicle. He was professional as well. My transmission is gone on my long term Chevy, so I will be renting from this location again until I seek another permanent vehicle.
