    Went in today (11/21) to get a car and there was a discrepancy with the card I used initially to prepay via Apple Pay vs the card I was providing up front for the $200 hold. Was dealing with Marquee at the moment. Asked him to please add a notation to my reservation so customer service may see it and help with processing a refund since I wasn’t able to get a car. Asked him if he can briefly give me a summary of what he typed up which was not accurate. The issue was the discrepancy of the two cards and only being able to use one card, not that I didn’t have enough funds on my card because the reservation was prepaid. He seems too laid back and not really welcoming like that. He instantly went to go grab the manager Roderick or Rod for short (which I don’t know why he did) and I relayed things to him and he typed up the notation for my reservation and said “Since you come here often next time I’ll take of you” I asked him if he could modify a future reservation that I had so I can still leave with a car today. He did so and I jokingly said “Hey I thought you was gonna take care of me” to him responding “I can give you a bottle of water”. That may have been his way of a joking response so I’m not bothered by that. It’s just disappointing that Ive come to this location faithfully, always respectful and patient and when I’m in a sticky situation of my own all the valued renter talk goes out the window. Very disappointed with the whole experience and once I return my vehicle I doubt I’ll be back.

    Marque checked us in and was a wonderful host. Our car was freshly cleaned and ready to go. The car was up to date and a smooth drive. It accommodated our needs. Lincoln checked us in and was so friendly, warm, and made sure our check out was smooth.

    The managers here (Valencia and Roderick) are completely unresponsive, despite me following up repeatedly on an issue. In person, they told me I would be receiving a refund for a car that they gave me a car which was completely unsafe to drive as the dashboard and center screen repeatedly turned black/off and the only way to turn them back on was so reset the car. That was weeks ago and no one has gotten back to me. Additionally, both the inside and outside of the car had a lot damage. Do not rent from here!!

    I hade a guaranteed sixt+ réservation and when i got there at 2pm they told me they dont have any, they have to look for some and made me wait till 5pm! 3h!!!! At 5pm they told me they called the NYC locations and they have the car i hade reserved (bmw X5 the one in all the advertising) waiting for me. After driving 5 and a half hours to the nyc location they all laughed at me saying no one ever called and they cant help me! I was left with a subaru that has mechanical issues. When i paid way over 1k for it At this price I should have gone to avis or any other company for way cheaper No ones answers emails and on the phone i get transferred for hours! I'm left with a broken car What should I do next?

    I had a great rental experience with Sixt. I booked through booking.com and had never heard of Sixt, and the weekday rental price was so reasonable that I was wondering what the catch was. But no catch! They had 3 people working the check in counter so I didn’t have to wait long, and the car was very nice and fuel efficient. When I went to return the car, I was expecting to have to go back to the counter, but someone met me in the parking lot so return was a breeze. There was a small dent in the car I noticed when I picked it up that I took a picture of in case they brought it up at return, but they didn’t try to pin that on me. I’m really happy with Sixt and will definitely use them again when I need to rent a car.
