    I love this Sixt location. It’s very convenient and accessible for me. I would specifically like to commend Mr. Thompson. Every time I’ve rented from Sixt at Union Station he is always working. His customer service is excellent. He pays attention to detail when servicing the vehicles. He makes my day every time. Thank you Mr. Thompson!!

    I am responding on behalf of Havtam Bayana, in continuation of what the owner said. You are lying just so people will see your response. You are not providing a real solution, and your representatives are not providing any solution either. I am frustrated, and I am losing $600 or more. Instead of just paying a smaller amount for one day of towing, by an external company that towed me not because of my fault, I am simply trying to get my car back with my equipment inside. I have been waiting three days for the car, while I am paying for every day of the rental. Of course, I am also paying for every day the car is sitting in the lot because of your policy, which does not allow me to take the car that I am paying for and using. I am losing a lot of money, and you are not taking responsibility. It’s not okay to lie like this just so people will see your nice response, because it’s simply not true and you are not taking care of anything or taking responsibility. I rented from Hertz, which is an amazing company with high-level customer service and proper human relations. You should learn from them. I have been renting a car from you for a year, and I will not return. You have caused me very serious financial damage. Nothing will fix this — I will sue you and make sure you pay for it.

    The service is extremely, extremely, extremely bad. They towed my car from under my building because of a mistake by the building owner. I’ve been trying for several days to get my car back, and I’m paying $200 every single day. Sixt just needs to send the rental agreement confirming that I’m the renter, but they’re doing nothing. Meanwhile, I’m paying every day because of their mistake. I’m losing money every day for a car that’s just sitting there. I regret choosing this company.
