- TKTahirah KhanFeb 16, 20231.0Week after week this parking garage has been the most miserable experience. Never in my life have I been so mistreated by a parking garage of all places. After being screamed at by the low life attendants last week when there was no sign to wait for a cashier/attendant and no parking attendant to help either. No instructions are provided to leave keys in the car. I returned to my car to get a violation and yet again faced a man screaming and yelling at me threatening to tow my car. They don’t care about their customers AT ALL and they have made it impossible to use this garage to park for work. Note there is no access to elevators or stairs so beware if you have any mobility needs. Prepare to be mistreated constantly with no regard for customer service and zero parking instructions day after day. I have complained multiple times to management and no changes from the staff’s low class and uncalled for behavior. After speaking with multiple co-workers, they advised this garage is notorious for having incredibly rude staff. Avoid this garage at all costs!
