  Don’t park here. Lamest people ever. The other reviews are right. Guy in the lobby won’t let you in or out. Machines don’t work.

  DO NOT PARK HERE. We were locked out of the garage on a Friday night, they don’t list what their hours of operation are, no one on the help line picks up, and the “24/7” security does not help you out at all. They tell you to call the number that no one answers. Absolutely trash place.

  They don't have business hours posted anywhere. We found out they close by at least midnight on Fridays when our car was still inside. We called their emergency line a dozen times and no one answered.

  Honestly, the only good thing I can say about this place is that the parking garage wasn't falling apart. First, there is no pedestrian entrance; you walk down the same ramp that cars drive down to park. This means that despite having an doors on opposite sides of the building above the garage, you cannot go back in where you walked out after parking. Next, the exit doesn't let you pay your ticket; you have to use the machine before leaving. This one just seems like they are too lazy to fix the machine because it just kept having errors. Finally, the "assistance" button on the exit is no better than a button on a children's book; they either ignore it and everyone having a problem at that garage, or it's like the credit card reader and also broken.

  The lot is very cheap and I can see why. Getting in and out is absolutely a nightmare. They don't have a scanner, so they manually have to take the number from spothero on the way in and out. Took us a good twenty minutes to get out of this lot after a show at Capital One Arena.
