I commend them for addressing this, but it shouldn't take this much to get a refund in such a simple, clear-cut situation. Bumped up to 3 stars.** I booked a parking spot for 11/28/25 at a cost of nearly $30. When I arrived, the garage was closed. I called three different help numbers, but none of the staff could do anything to locate the attendant, open the garage, or provide a refund. I had to pivot, find another parking garage nearby (which I also paid for). I've submitted an email to LAZ requesting a refund, and haven't had any response. I don't recommend using this garage - they are unreliable and unresponsive.
