  Why the fudge do you guys close the elevators on the weekend ? Possibly some of the stupidest shit ever. People with strollers and kids avoid the area.

  Using your credit card as a ticket doesn't work. I had to do a lost ticket and pay $25 instead of $14. No button to call attendant.

  I really wish I saw Google before using Spot Hero to book parking for the DC Bike Ride. The elevators and stairs are an issue, and apparently have been for years. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

  do NOT use this garage. They don't give you access to the elevators when you return to your car at night, which means YOU HAVE TO WALK DOWN THE SAME RAMP THAT CARS DRIVE ON. Can you imagine that? at night, when some drivers are drunk, and the ramp has 90 degree turns where the oncoming cars do NOT even see you. Are you kidding me? I mean how crazy the parking manager has to be to have people walk down the same ramp that cars drive on to get to their cars.
